Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

That last detail matters. It suggests the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently coming. That should be a good addition once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

Here is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not make it safe. It should factor into your assessment.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense comes down to your priorities.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.
